Thinking about registering with OFE? Take a moment to make sure our employment services are the right fit for you.

OFE provides free employment services for people who:

• Live in Winnipeg
• Are legally able to work in Canada
• Are unemployed or working 24 hours or less per week
• Are available to participate in employment services and actively work toward finding a job

If you are accepted for OFE services, you will have access to employment support, training opportunities, and free online courses through OFE’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Ready to get started?

Create an account and complete the online Employment and Training Assessment (ETA). Once you click "Create Account," please check your email and follow the steps to complete your account set-up.

After you complete the ETA, please call OFE at (204) 925-3490 to book your intake appointment with an Employment Services Advisor. Your appointment can take place in person or over the phone.

It is important that we are able to connect with you after you apply so we can review your information, answer your questions, and determine the next steps for services.
